CEF of Greater Richmond had been operating for many years before it officially became a chartered chapter in 1995. A great time was had by all as the pictures will attest. Over 150 attendees came away with a full understanding of the Chapter’s mission and passion for sharing the Gospel with the children attending area elementary Schools.
